Are you hitting your goals every day or not?

This may be considered long post.  There’s a sales pitch at the end, you don’t have to read it if you don’t want to but you’re probably going to anyway because now you’re curious.  See what I did there? 😉

So 2016 is halfway through.

Where are you at with hitting your goals? Are you on pace? Ahead? Behind?

Look, living a 10X lifestyle is about going all in with your goals and dreams. You want to 10X everything.

  • Do you have an amazing career?
  • Do you have this great family to come home to?
  • Do you love where you live?
  • Are you peak physical condition?
  • Is your mind clear?

2016 for me is about living my ideal life on my terms and creating my future the way I’ve designed it.

I’m literally in the business of helping others to not only become financially successful but to become equally as successful in body, mind and spirit by reaching their true potential.

Between Cardone University, my book on How To Stop Smoking and this blog, Rich Man’s Gym, I think I got all the bases covered here.

Keep in mind, there’s more to success than the money. Money pays for time and freedom.  How about you? It is June of 2016, where are you at? What time is it for you because it’s right now for me!

On a scale from 1-10, where are you at with hitting your goals and creating your successful 2016?  Are you hitting and pacing your financial goals, body goals, mental goals, and spiritual goals?

As many of you know, I’ve always been one to research health and wellness and have been fascinated with bio-hacking and optimizing the body for a while now. I’m kind of a health nut… I am now ever so cautious about what I consume.

What am I ingesting? What am I consuming? What’s in my environment? What am I surrounding myself with? Who am I surrounding myself with? I’m talking about fuel now. The things that keep me going. What goes in my body, mind, and spirit.

Ask yourself, is what you’re doing right now moving you toward or away from hitting your goals?

So recently with my diet, I ditched all sugar, starch, grains, and legumes. It’s had a huge positive impact on my body, mind and spirit. I feel fantastic! And then something popped up on my radar that peaked my interest and so I checked it out (very cautiously) and then added it to my routine and it magnified the results I was already experiencing.

Did you know there’s a 4th nutrient? Your body makes it and it’s a fuel. It’s called a ketone. It’s the fuel your body creates when there’s no sugar available for it to run on. Ketones come from fat being metabolized. This is also fuel that can impact all three levels; the body, mind and spirit. The fuel is available in supplement form and it’s called Keto//OS. It’s made by a company called Pruvit. It’s a supplemental ketone product that added fuel to my already growing paleo/primal/ketogenic fire.

The three biggest impacts it’s had on me in the 2 months I’ve been using it is greater focus and mental clarity. My brain is better fueled. Secondly, I’ve got more clean energy during the day and during my workouts. Lastly, there’s been a change in body comp. Leaner, stronger, more defined. Also, sleep has improved.  Bottom line, I’m seeing real benefits.
